Quick version: Given your philosophy is to sway away from cooperative PvE, is it possible for a Mortal Online player to adventure alone and complete all game content by himself?
Long version: I think this is the single defining question of an MMORPG. World of Warcraft seems to think these games are all about community and virtual socialization. I however disagree, the fundamental vision for the future of this genre is to create an open world for any new fledgling to come in and explore, and have it be their choice to venture alone or in groups; yet still complete everything a group could and then some. I feel developing a game around the need of other people to fulfill your needs is ludicrous and shortsighted. I have plenty of ideas and ways you can create a balanced MMORPG game for solo’ers and coop. And I’m sure the professional developers can do the same. I’m paying a subscription to enjoy the game at my pace and in my way, not to pay for other inexperienced, immature and insubordinate members to ruin that experience for me. Thank you for reading. P.S. My background in MMO's is immense and I consider myself hardcore. |

There should be some things that cant be soloed like epic world changing dragons/monsters and you should have a group unless you are really that epic (doubt it will happen) but almost everything should be solo-able.
