Deemer: All the books for the skills u want must be read, i recommend u read the entire book, so u wont have to farm the skill up as much, most books give about 50 or something i think. after that u need to grind the skills up by making weapons.

I agree mostly on what u say, except that bone tissue and emalj should be used for weapons, yes they are cheap, but hardly worth the trouble, since u can get incisium stuff for like 50silver, so that would make 0 money if u sold it :/
