Loved it. Im currently shaking with anticipation.
There's so much to do but I dont know where to start! My favorite elements: * Blood Mix * Hit Boxes * Crafting System * "Bosses" having a impact on the world. I would love to defend a "Half-god", create lore and and religion around it, battle other races by taking on their beliefs and gods. Blew me away, this sounds perfect. Here's to hoping it will succeed |

Pre-emptive vote would be 5/5 just because I'm so excited that there was news on the front page, I'll have to watch it now.
Edit: I just went through the PPP... a tear welled up in my eye when I read about the crafting system, and blood mixing. Beautiful :')

Definitely renews my faith in the possibilities of unreleased MMO's (DFO had let me down upon beta), hopefully my ever-rising hopes prompted by amazing info like this will not come crashing down in the future.

Seeing the whole thing as a complete package certainly blows your mind away. As I said on these forums in the past, Starvault fails to disappoint, and patience is always a virtue.

Mmmh so much words I couldn't even dream of, so much spanktastic footage, ...
Hell I want to play this game myself in a world ready to explode in action and discoveries! Might even just stop myself from looking forward to it 'cus it just makes it even more unbarable Hail SV, Kudos! PS: MO will blow away whatever game dared to call itself a good PvP MMORPG released in the past 7 years. Again, can't wait. |

wish they would have told more about the keeps (how big they are, can they be sieged, what benefits they give, etc.) oh well maybe next month.
was nice to see some new info. hope it will bring the intelligent threads back, i was getting sick and tired of everyone discussing fluff these past few weeks. ps. that troll picking up a guy and slamming him to the ground was epic

One thing that was just mentioned in the hitbox thread that's related to this thread(new info)
An unarmored arm will be quicker than an armored arm, you can have 2 different sets of armor on each one, depending on how much speed vs protection you want..fucking awesome. Quote:

Great powerpoint! It's a really good way to round up important information and make your mouth water. I have to say the crafting system blew me away. Even though it's not the aspect of the game I'm most interested in, I was amazed (I believe the number they gave us is only for weapons!). Can't wait!!!

I am awestruck.
I wet my jockey's at the crafting info. that 142 MILLION items was ONLY WEAPONRY. They didn't even get into potions, arrows, armor, clothes, food, drink, etc.... They're gonna need a super-computer just to house all the crap I'm going to craft. Finding mounts in the wild?? Seriously?? I'm starting to think I could tame a hippopotamus and ride it into town! Bloodmixing! You want character customization?? This is basically creating a race! 1000's of secondary skills?! 100's of Primary skills? O.o Please don't let us down SV!! You keep up your end and we're going to crush you with money.

Probably the most well done and thoroughly delivered news update given in the entire history of in-development MMORPGs
5/5 from me of course. It's so awesome how starvault, a smaller company compared to the others out there, have delivered so much, and have been the most genuinely interested and involved in the success of this game. Kind of makes you wonder about those bigger companies... Well done Mortal devs. |
