Same as with werewolves. Once a month, at full moon, during the night period, you become super buffed with strength, stamina and agility. You are more or less immune to all weapons except silver weapons and fire, that do double damage. On day time during full moon period of the month you are vey weak due to exhaustion.
The rest of the month you are pretty normal OR you gain a bloodlust self buff but on the other hand you are still alergic to silver weapons.
