Talking about realistic, stuff like haircuts would be pretty cool, having a nice beard or whatever, that'd be a very nice touch.
And I hope for one thing. Just that well, size will matter. I mean, come on, like a dwarf or gnome could hit 20 times harder than an Orc. Whatever. And maybe if you have long hair, you might need to really get them cut 'cause they would get in your eyes while you fight?? Hm, that'd be cool but oh so annoying.
