I also played EQ since a few months after release up into Velios, but quit sometime after. I ping ponged between EQ and UO for some time. I played WoW since release off and on finally until I couldn't handle that crap anymore and quit last year. I stuck it out so long because the wife enjoyed the game.
Since I put up with her for WoW, she's going to put up with me for MO. She's not a PVPer but her being able to own her own house has her all giggles. We both played old school UO, hell that's where I met her.
We're going to play AoC to tie us over until this bad boy is released.

You lucky bastard (I assume I can say this considering it's in jest...?), finding that rare woman who actually plays video games and snagging her. And finding her
while doing just that to boot. Wish I could do the same. Sadly, EVE (my current MMO; started my umpteenth trial earlier today) is not the game to do so in. Empty space, massive paranoia, and relative professionalism are not good catalysts of romance.
