I'll make some wallpapers later on, for now I have to go to bed
In the meanwhile, here's a last MO fan art of some kind of tindremic knight. Though it's still an invented armor, it can be reproduced more or less in game ![]()

Nicely done, the armour design is well thought out, and the deep crimson over the grayscale is quite striking.
A few quick crits - watch the foreshortening on his sword arm, and the relationship between his feet. At the moment the pose is rather ambiguous. Otherwise, a really cool design. It definitely screams "Mortal Online!"

its not the hood but the face within the hood i think.
maybe have it pop out a little. this tindremic knight kinda looks like a turtle just peeking out from under his hood. very nice concept peice though. the armor is great, and the red thrown in there is a nice touch.

It reminds me of the half-life characters 'Alex' and 'Dog'. That was my first impression. It is it's own though and it is interesting. Very nice.

Yes, moar will come, though I wonder. ATM I'm mainly working on some manga fan art for a convention i will be attending, so it will be very different and not much of original works. I dunno if you guys want to see that as well or just original pieces

Anyway, something completely unrelated. A concept for an upcoming animation that some people and myself are preparing ![]()

And this one is just fricking awesome, love the mood in it, and the design. Would love to make 3D scenes out of this

Here was a quick and ugly try, will have to tweak the lights and materials and maybe create a scene for it.
I'm not exactly sure whats behind the head though and I made it into my own little version if thats ok :P. ![]() Edit: here is a little test animation I did with it. http://vimeo.com/9656183

You have some very nice pieces here Rainier. Good understanding of light and texture. The main thing I see that you need to improve is anatomy. Also studying foreshortening as part of the anatomy studies will really help improve dynamic poses.
There's quite an improvement from the first to the last pieces here, so keep up the good work |

Here was a little bit more serious approach on the animation
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqCb1yNBTdo Though that I rendered with the same quality and length it took a lot longer to render Here is how it should look. ![]()

haha, that's awesome ! I love it ! It's so funny seeing its facial feature move and seeing basically a 2d creation come to life, that's great man
Little thing though, though it's okay cuz you couldn't have guessed from the original. The little "cute" thing has kinda like two "tubes" coming from the back of his head..like two batteries who are the extension of his head, with a black stripe on the end
