Changing realm for 20€ = I dunno

That would be problematic if you ask me.. Guy would be blind after 2 eyes gone.
But something like punishment of the law (whipped 20 times for example) would leave marks. That would be cool. And would make the character unique. But the eye thing... Its almost the same as cutting your head off and walking
