A. You are not limited to one character and one class though. Your Deva (account) can hold several characters that will benefit from each other in different ways.

It's just a way of making it possible for you to train certain skills for all your characters with one of them (thus making multiclassing less painfull) without making no sense at all, ingame-wise. It's as if your characters have a hidden connection with eachother unlike none other (through your account).
