I tried to figure out why you were using the dashes when I first read your posts, as this is really my first day really reviewing the threads and posting. Makes sense though if your space bar is busted. :P

I was thinking why not the underscore instead of dashes? Then it hit me, it would be very bad to have to hit shift with another key stroke for every space that you used in your sentences, so dashes it is.

When I've had letters go out on me in the past I used copy/paste. Though I am a stickler when it comes to my writing skills. He could just copy/paste a space after each word instead or re-assign a button on his keyboard to space.

This is actually a great idea I will try to remember this if my keyboard breaks.
