What does your name/avatar mean? - Page 3

My name, Old Joe comes from an idol of mine from back in the UO days, Old Ben. I was a young one, just barely 11 and I began the game. He took me under his wing and guild and taught my everything to be successful in both economy and PVP combat. A great man untill the guild suffered bad times, got disbanded and I never saw him again.

Blade is my primary Nickname since M59 before that stupid Film with Wesley
busted snipes came out.

After that Hype came out I started to stop sleeping when a new MMO was
about to launch and the first thing I made was login and create char in like 5secs
to be sure that I am the original Blade.

After a while I became a
mindless zombie rushing through the internet 24/7 to register in each
forum just to be sure that I have it when I need it.

Well if it rarely happens that a name is already taken there is 2 options:
I kill the guy calling himself Blade, or I use another Handle called Wartek.

Now the Avatar is my Body as you can think about, normally I don't like to show
off, but since I sometimes have criticial posting damage, it comes up that
people are saying stuff like "go get a life" "in rl I would beat you".

By showing people my Avatar I kinda have them to say stuff like
"omg faked image" so I can pwn them instead, by posting other pictures
and taking them out word by word after.

Oh and of course I like lady's, so If any lady wants to see more, PM me
to get my facebook, myspace etc.. profiles ^^ (with lady I don't mean
13yrs old kids with so much makeup that you'd think it would be a 40yrs old mature...)

Actually, it has some special meaning to it. Being a Final Fantasy fan, it is a tribute to one of the main character girls of FFIX. Not going to spoil anything, though. My other commonly used name is Highwind II, which is after Cid Highwind (and his imba airship) in FFVII.

And my avatar is just a random find, related to fantasy and daggers. If it's too small to see, it's a real picture of a dragonfigure resting on a dagger, stuck into a glasstray filled with tealights.

My real life name is JuStin, but a mate of mine used to always call me JuTsin - it was funny at the time, for some reason.

Jutsin eventually grew on me, and while trying to figure out an online handle that wasn't used by (m)any others; I realised that Jutsin was it.

I've yet to come across another Jutsin, and yet to have that account name denied by any games, RL services (phone company, ISP, visa logins, etc) and so forth

I don't have an avatar yet, mainly because of laziness. Soon though .. soon

The avatar is called the cat eye nebula, it was taken by the Hubble telescope. Galaxies and hurricanes share the exact same geometric proportions, and i guess eyeballs on earth and certain nebula do too. As above so below... heh go figure...

Kraven is my real name, i like my real name so i have chosen to take it as my gaming name anywhere i can, if i cant get that i tend to use the name "Toriac", made up the name originally for a Paladin in PnP, Tor came from the nordic mythology (Thor) and i have a thing for elves so iac kinda gave it a elvish feel, so Toriac it was.

I have watched the first 2 seasons in english and I am eagerly waiting for the 3rd season.

Its mean nothing much, but its always fun to hear ppl first trying to pronounce it and also its rarely taken when u subscribe somewhere. Never really tried to pronounce it myself, only found out that those letters look good together, dont they ?

Also they can be easily swapped to make alts.

The avatar is from Berserk anime when the main character turns berserk... I often got this picture in mind when I swing a 2handed in game or just feeling strong ; )

Voodoo Snake is a game that my family and I used to play when I was growing up. Basically it's like a mozz/hex, so say your playing a game of pool or your playing/watching at a sporting event, you "Vsnake" them to try and upset their rhythm.

Was quite fun as a kid doing that with my folks

"cat" is due to my eternal fascination for those wonderful and adorable creatures. "morbid" is because I like how the word sounds, and through my teenage years I used to be very interested in fictional ultra-violence, which manifested in a number of short stories (some of them school tasks) and dozens of pages of sketchy pencil pictures. I had a reputation of being very "sick in mind" at the time, and even now I do have rather peculiar sense of humour

So I guess the nickname in whole describes my personality in a way.

The avatar is picture of myself (A few years ago), which I attempted to turn into a cyborg face, much like this famed terminator poster. Cyborgs is an issue i'm also very fascinated on, especially the metaphorical sense of it, of which I won't go into details now, because I would have to write an essay, this thread is not about that =D
