That game has been in the works for 7 years now iirc. Granted its been not been prioritized since the director have been working on the Dreamfall series in the meantime. I dont think he had anything to do with AoC.
The project isnt new, and have already changed name a couple of times. In lack of a better name, a few years the project went as "The World Online". Its also been known as CryGaia.
FunCom have for several years already been putting out little internet riddles for people to solve that eventually leads back to TSW.
Im looking forward to see what will become of it.
