A late introduction...

Being a real ass, I only now realized it might be appropriate to introduce myself to the forums, i've been throwing a lot of crazy ideas at. But I guess that's just one of those things that "add character"

Ok, basically I'm an enthusiastic Pen & Paper roleplayer, as a hobby I do PnP design and development and do some programming too, and I like games a lot. I still linger to the hope that I could one day be part of developing a great computer game. I'm a hardcore PC-gamer, but MMOS are a relatively new acquintance to me. I've played some WoW, some EvE, some free crappy MMORGPS, then AoC, but I've read quite a bit about several more and I think I'm finally getting the hang of the vocabulary

. I'm very picky about my games, as they need to appeal to me in more than on "it's popular so it must be good" level.

I'm one of those people, who constantly break down ideas and try to develop new ones from the bits and pieces of the old ones. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I suck. Anyone interested in PnP *might* be able to persuade me to send a copy of some of the PnP games I've designed, but that's only on a personal basis. They're mostly unfinished and do not exist anywhere in the net, not yet at least, though I intend to change that, once I get my lazy ass moving and manage to create a web site. But I hate HTML!

Other than doing RPG and computer related stuff I write "stuff" and have some musical interests and hobbies. I also have a tendency for some everyday philosophy. Right now I'm reading "The Best of Best new Sci-Fi" - a collection of sci-fi short stories.

I very much like the people in these forums, posts are often very good and that makes me enjoy my time here as well. I'm also rarely this enthusiastic about anything. Also, the dev team has made a very positive effect on me (even though they're swedish... everyone knows finns hate swedish

), so either they're really calculative and sneaky bastards, or actually great bunch

Like with everything, I have a tendency to go a little off-road, but I guess this stayed relatively within the context. If you actually read this far, I must congratulate you for the immense surplus of time you have at hand

The actions/posts you do/write are what makes you, nothing else. ;P

Yeah, I know that, but sometimes it's good to remember some basic habits, just so that one wouldn't downgrade into some cave monster
