Default Your Dream MMo Mix 'n' Match game

My question (which I will be posting in a couple different forums) is this: If you could take the best things from any MMo you have ever played, and add your own ideas to make your dream game, what things would you pick, and why?

I'll go first, here it is in no particular order:

1.) From LOTRO - the beautiful scenic world, the music system perhaps with a few tweaks, and the "pick what clothes you want to show" system is great too. Oh, and of course it has a rich history and Lore, but there aren’t many games with literary geniuses writing the back story.

2.) From SWG (old school) - the housing system
There's nothing like being on an open, remote heath with nothing but you and the critters and thinking - THIS is where I want my house/city/guildhall. There would be an added mechanic that keeps ghost towns from being a problem, and a better method of arranging furniture, the "everything has a graphic and can be put in a house" concept is super too. I love that I could loot a random [broken data pad] which is vendor trash, and if I liked the graphic, I could set it on my shelf.

- cantinas or other social aspects of the game that are crucial to the game play. I don’t care how many cool things you stick in your town, if adventurers don’t NEED to do it, they won’t, and having it adds so much to the immersion

- crafting resources with stats and item decay to give crafters a constant stream of customers in their Mom and Pop player created shopping malls and NO central auction hall.

3.) From Vanguard - (yes, believe it or not!) Flying mounts, player boats, and the ability to turn into a phoenix when I want. I really like the "go anywhere you want" concept.

4.) From EQ2 - collection quests - a mini-game I admit, but it is loads of fun!
- swimming underwater - the first time I set eyes on Everfrost I thought it was the coolest zone ever.. err... literally too I guess. Big whales you could swim up to, underwater treasure hunts, shipwrecks, I also liked EQ2 mermaids and evil nipping fish, and "getting better at swimming"
- languages - it was very cool to speak in a language you could only get by completing an obscure quest and see how many of your guild mates could understand you.
- illusion spells - become a gnome! or a lion! or a foot tall version of yourself that runs very quickly! hahaha how fun!
- holiday quests - I loved doing the special seasonal things they had going on like visiting the haunted house, or helping the tiny Frostfell elves at Christmas.

5.) From POTBS - when I tried their beta I liked how many clothes you could pick as your starter clothes, and all the colors and choices... I didn’t get much farther than that in the game, but that part was cool.

6.) From Tabula Rasa - no WoW interface, control points are cool. I also like deconstructing things for crafting, visiting a trainer NPC once in a while, and making clone alts, although that aspect may need to stay unique to that game.

7.) Lots of character customization, # of races doesn't matter, but I'd like a lot more than just scaled size, 5 hairdos, and 3 faces, and the same class = same abilities thing.

8.) No levels.

9.) Fun and intuitive, but not spoon-fed and on rails. Challenging and complex, but no frustrating time sinks that give the illusion of difficulty.

10.) Toggles for first and third person view, chat bubbles, etc. Just because you don’t want them doesn’t mean someone else doesn’t.

Most of us want that, except toggable view. It's not possible to implement to balance the game.

Hi Spartan!

That's why I am interested in Mortal, however I am oh-so-incredibly indifferent to PVP and I do want 3rd person in my imaginary personal MMO. I am just wondering what people will come up with.
