Default Combat System 101

A Magic System Complexly Simple.
Well I see it more like this.
I’ve read post about drawing magic symbols, or runes on the ground ETC.
What if we took a more realistic approach that could go good with either, a magic system or melee system.
Because when I think of going complex as drawing symbols in-game really that kind of makes you automatically want to resort to a controller.
That’s just me though.
But what if they took the approach to where you actually needed to practice spells/melee attacks.
For an example to cast a fireball, or rain lightning on some ones head. You needed to actually practice the verbal components into the spell. Or practice the usage of various items or chants to call forth the power to execute the spell. The more that you found yourself practicing the spell. You could say it could gain in strength or eventually obtain sub-counter parts. Like DoT’s or boost to elemental shielding for a short duration after the spell is cast. Or to go even farther in-depth to be able to change certain parts of the spell.
Think of it like this .
A mage cast a basic fireball spell that he just learned. For a while maybe your spell barely sparks out.
Then after a little while you gain a small fireball much like a imp would throw.
Then a bigger fireball ETC.
Until you basically master the spell. Enabling you to launch a fireball with a solid molten core that bounced off the ground. Causing dmg to several mob’s at ounce and ounce it has cooled it cannon balls to the ground. Destroying anything under it.
And to move it from the simple point and click add FPS style to it where you can basically aim. Maybe control the strength of how hard you throw the spell. And add a spell failure meter where if you put to much energy/mana into the spell it might fail. Causing dmg to the caster or a tiny spark of mana…eh blue color as the warrior lays into you with a sword. I think that would add a interesting edge to it.
MELEE
Basically the same for melee x off the spell failure meter and add a stamina meter.
As in this a duel-wielding assassin. Need to conserve his energy with lethal quick short stabs or lunges.
As for a heavily-armored soldier your goal sense is that your armored pretty good and want to make deadly dmg through nasty thrust and cleaves.
And for moves why not have to learn them. Sense when does a person pick up a sword and know how to use it with precision. Not trying to relate to AoC but there combo system is a tiny spark of what it could be and a different developer could revolutionize the system to make it great and this company has a chance right now correct?
Learn moves by key board commands same could go for spells, but I will remain ify on that.
Then so fourth you will have to learn the moves and at the beginning you may fall down, trip or nick yourself causing self dmg.
Until you eventually master a move and execute it with sick grace. Slicing up enemy’s with ease.
Ranged
Would work like spell casting switch everything but keep FPS aim
Add stamina meter
With mess up’s like breaking bow strings and shooting arrows in the wrong direction
Im working off of a couple hours of sleep ill add more if you guys like the sound of this just quick ideas.

Only game I know where you actually had to learn moves to win is gunz-online. You need like 6 months min to master this game. Yes I know it's not mmorpg, but feeling is great when you know that player, who plays the game for the first day has no chance to win you if you are skilled. I wish it will be as hard as possible for new player to learn the game.

I really can't follow any of what you're saying due to the scatterbrained writing style.
