Default Mob respawn and special quests

The way monsters respawn really take's some fun out of the game i mean they just pop up.

So i had an idea for this to make it more fun:

1-Each and every monster will have it's spawn point in a lair after spawning it will come out to the world through the lair.

2-If there are too many monsters (let's say wolves) players will have to enter the wolves den which is like a mini dungeon and fight there way through to the spawn point.

3-The spawn point is actually the boss and since this is a wolves den the boss will be Alpha male and alpha female wolves.

4-After taking them out there will be no more wolves spawning out of that point until next server maintenance(around 7 days?) which will restore them.

Special quest:

1-Special one time quests that after being finished by any player can no longer be taken period .

2-These quests would leave an effect on the would EXAMPLE:

A-After venturing into the world you find an old house inhabited by monsters in it you find a ring.

B-You take take the ring to the merchant in town to sell.

C-It turns out that the ring belonged to his mother and that house was his.

D-Seeing that you were able to survive he asks you to rid the house of monsters.

E-You head to the house and clear out the spawning point boss (in this case it's a one time spawn boss).

F-You tell the merchant who thanks you and gives you a reward and tells you to head to the house after a week.

G-After 7 days the old house is now a PERMANENT trade post that helps the players by selling pot's and stuff, also gives the quest finisher a discount.(this out post would be VERY helpful if carrying capacity is realistic ingame as in you need a mule/mount to carry stuff).
