History: While the guild history itself is short, I personally have a very colorful gaming/MMO history. I've played most major MMO release since EQ1 amongst many other online games, not just the MMO genre. Hovden and I have been gaming together for 6 or 7 years, and while the spirit of RPB has long stood, it has only taken the form of a guild recently, and we plan to bring it full-force for MO.

About us: Our focus is PVP. We aren't limiting ourselves to red, blue, or gray. We don't define ourselves as any specific type of PVPers. We aim only to do what we please, and take as we wish by force. However, having said that, we know the importance of enjoying yourself in-game. Playing for fun is our first priority. Our goals are to build a decent sized guild of likeminded individuals who want to kill shit and have fun. Also, we will keep a small amount of crafters in-guild for obvious reasons.

Recruitment: Our recruitment policy is simple. Fill out an app, or get to know us and show interest to join. We're not here to invite every random we see off the streets. Hang out with us in IRC, kill shit with us in-game, kill us and steal our loot, cyber with us, whatever.

Ranking: Our Rank structure is simple, and is as follows:

Tyrants - These are the guild leaders. This is plural because there are 2 of us, Mukan and Hovden. We make the decisions and run the guild. Simple.

Warlords - These are ones who have shown great loyalty and service to the guild. While the Tyrants are the decision-makers, they will often consult their Warlords.

Slayers - These are loyal fighters who show great skill. The Slayers are what all Bandits should aim to be. They are a powerful asset to the guild, and are fearless on the battlefield.

Bandits - This is where the majority of members will be. They are where our power lies.

Stableboys - These are new members who are still learning how the guild functions, and how they function within it. If they fit-in well, they will be promoted to Bandit rank. Not all stableboys are guaranteed to become Bandit. If we don't like what we see in a stableboy, we will let them go.

Promotion is entirely at the discretion of the Tyrants. You may be promoted quickly, or you may stay at one rank forever. Showing interest in becoming a higher rank is not seen as negative.
