RSS Feed?

Hey,
I have a forum about wargaming and I wanted to add the news from the main page to an RSS Feed, so my RSS Bot on the forum can post the news so everyone can read it. This way I hope more people I know will want to play this game...but the problem is, how do I do it?

For the other sites I simply added "site/external.php?=forumids=#" but as you see... that is for forums, and for my news site, they already had an rss feed so I simply copied that one.

Any input would be appreciated!
