Rare Monsters, Quests, Items, Etc

How often will rare monsters, quests and items be replaced with the next batch of rarities?

I'm guessing (maybe read long time ago) once per couple days ?
If they're gonna be rare, then once per 4 hours isn't gonna be rare.

Of course only couple % of folks could be able to go accomplish it.

If by rare monsters you mean Raidbosses, those won't respawn as they will be unique.

I didn't read any where in his post about respawns.

But I imagine they will add new monsters once old ones have been killed. Maybe say 5 out of 10 epic monsters have been killed they will add another 5 or so.

That's exactly what I'm trying to find out.

My guess would be one a week at most. Sounds like rare bosses and items will really be hard to come by.
