Funcom swore against ever having community helpers doing this sort of thing after AO's abysmal scandals of similar types. Funny to see them doing it again... I wonder if he was actually a paid employee or not. I kinda doubt it.

It's not that difficult to find people who aren't complete deviants and idiots to, I don't know, respond to questions and problems in a game. Or is it?

I think mods are just fine..they are just tired and sick of useless people on the forums. They were the nicest people pre-release.

Well a few select mods are kinda bad i guess, i was banned for 6 months from their forums, I wasn't flaming or bitching.., I'm usually constructive and try always be polite... in fact i still don't know what i did to get banned lol. I emailed the community manager and no response either, what a way to treat member of the community for over 3 years..... i canceled after that, .... but they still charged me for the next month anyway... :::sigh::
