Default In the Dark, Looking for the Light

Firstly, Hello to MO community and leaders.

I have grown cynical towards the ability for design teams to succeed in not only developing, but also in releasing and maintaining a quality PvP focused game.

I have spent countless hours discussing and debating with guilds who each have 10+ years together, the finer points of Online Games, and though our discussions prove insightful, they have remained unread by those who have the power to implement and improve upon them.

I come to MO from Age of Conan, a refugee from an average concept with terrible implementation. I am only joining the community here in hopes of beginning, and participating in discussions that provide ideas that WILL be seriously looked at and evaulated.

From games such as City of Heroes/Villains, Fury, Age of Conan all in recent years, I can say without a doubt that these games met their demise due to the Dev team losing connection with its subscribers and supporters. I fear that this is just the way that such things happen now days, but to give up on providing advice and feedback is worse than these dev teams cutting their connection and refusing to listen to such feedback and advice.

As a gamer, I refuse to give up working with Dev teams in their design and development stages, and hopefully, one day I will find a team who refuses to "Give in to the plan" thus blinding themselves to the reality their supporters are fighting to convince them of.

I look forward to future encounters with everyone,

-Valor
