GM run world events...

I would like to see real time events run by GMs. Quests that can contribute to the lore of the land and immerse the players into something bigger than just themselves. These could be epic events and the heroes of the land are called forth by the reigning powers or it could be simply a GM controlled warrior, walking through a city asking for help to rescue someone, slay something, etc...

Hey, sounds like a good idea! I read the FAQs from the devs answering questions, however I didn't see anything pertaining to my post. I found the following:

I don't know what is with the negativity, but I agree with GM run events. That's what made MxO enjoyable for me.

The epic events will consist of the epic bosses that are a one time thing in MO. So if somebody kills the "Dragon of Eversleep" that Dragon will never spawn again, so that is shaping the lore of the game.

There have been talk of theese Bosses being GM controled...
