i wouldn't be opposed to this idea. do you mean a race of "sand people" or am i misunderstanding? would be an interesting race that i haven't seen before in an MMO (at least not that i can think of atm).

I like sand. Don't know why. Sand people would be pretty cool.

How about water people, they could have babies with sand people resulting in mud people.

If you think a about a race tell us more about how you see it you. Do they look and behave like humans and just have sand skin or are they completely different, maybe some lore you would see fit about them etc.

I don't say I dislike the idea completely, it may be interesting.
