What is this I don't even...

Variance is a small PvP/PK focused guild. We will be a red guild and will not have many allies. Currently we are in an alliance with Mahtisoturit with no real plans of making any other allies in the future. We are a group of players that like to joke around and not take anything to seriously. If you don't like to troll, grief, and make the game hell for other players this guild probably is not for you.

If you would like to take place in a conquest driven clan of friendly, active, people, this would be the guild for you. We recruit all ages however it is HIGHLY recommended that you are at least 17 years of age. Why do we take people under 18? Because, judging people by age is an unwarranted prejudice because age doesn't always factor into maturity. That being said, if you are under the legal adult age, please act like one. All applicants will go through a written forum application that will consist of us asking you obscure questions, followed by a ventrilo interview, and finally a peer analysis. Everyone has a voice in who gets in or not. If your application is denied, you may resubmit an application in 3 days. If the second application is denied, you are no longer welcome in Variance and added to a KOS list. We welcome, FPS players, MMO players, or new gamers to apply. Once accepted, you are put in to a "trial period" which could last anywhere from 3 days to a week. 99% of the people that make it to the trial period are going to join.

No I pieced everything together myself...
The soldiers may have been from total war I don't know It was just a screen shot I found. I cut the soldiers out and then changed their colors and look.
