Hi Paratus, I was wondering how often does the tracker update itself? as right now the latest dev post is the patch notes by Christian. However, Henrik made these two posts since, which are not on the tracker:

It updates every few hours.

Just a heads up that I've reworked the spider system and it's now much more efficient. You'll see posts made by devs added to the devtracker quite quickly now, while at the same time not hammering the forum database any more.

So, I expect new posts should show up within 30 mins or less of them being made, on average, instead of the old few hours.

That was a second time, but it shouldn't happen again.

The freaking host wasn't auto-billing so the account got suspended when I didn't realize I had anything owing (no emails from them at all). So, anyway, I'm told it'll finally auto-bill me for the server each month now so it won't go offline again.

Sorry about that.

Yeah. Every time I get on the forums I always go for the dev tracker first to see if I have missed some important info.

All fixed.. another host issue. I didn't notice it right away since the RSS feed was still working, so thanks for the heads up.

Some pretty cool new features coming today or tomorrow that I'm sure a lot of you will really like.

IRC tracking has been added to the DevTracker! You'll find the link to this new section near the top of the page.

This will instantly log anything a developer (with the exception of Maerlyn) says in IRC. The second it's said, it's already listed on the website.

The script will also be logging all future HoC chats in the same instant manor; however, I got the bot in the channel a little late this time so not all of the discussion was recorded.

Enjoy the feature.

Yes it's automatic. Whenever they speak, it's logged in the database instantly.

I'll add an RSS feed to it soon so that you can use it on your site. The forum tracker already has a feed, though.

I figured that might make reading a little.. odd.. for most people.

The way it's listed is it's sorted by days first, but within that day it's ordered in the order it was written.

If you look at the bottom of the page you'll notice another day where I tested it. So, if the devs were to say something today, it would be placed up at the top of the page and the chat from the HoC would be collapsed below it.
