Indeed.
That's why im trying to launch it before the beta (the forums & idea), so by the time MO is officially released we will already have a steady growth of interest; making it easier to recruit others who are willing to contribute their time in helping MOTO succeed.
im in the process of developing a new MOTO ranking system. It'll include various jobs and more organization.
