Where can I get a deed to make a house?

I found a post that gave three locations:

Fabernum - the second floor above the banker. Can't figure out how to get into the town.
Meduli - the second floor in the house closest to the harbor. Doesn't sell house deeds.
Capital - the second floor in the house up the first flight of stairs and to the far left. Don't know what town the "Captial" is.

So... can someone help me please?

The Morin Khur house vendor is in the middle of town at the square with all of the vendors, just sift through them all and you'll find it. There might be more than one in town, as you mentioned one in a house if Morin Khur is the town you're referring to.

All of the towns I've started in have a House Vendor, which sells the housing deeds, so I'll assume the couple that I haven't started in (Fabernum, Toxai) have them as well. Just look around, he should be around somewhere.

What town is close to vada that DOES have a housing vendor. Directions would be nice but idk which is N,S,E, or W so be vivid with your discription
