Comprehensive Stat Tracking

A large amount of statistics are tracked automatically by the game, ensuring you can review your own as well as your opponents effectiveness with different tactics, skills and bloodlines.





Completely Skill Based

Chance is not a factor. Spells and abilities do a set amount of damage and we've removed critical hits and passive avoidance abilites. Spells travel to your point of aim and can be avoided by enemy players, making every ability dependant on individual player skill!





Intense Action

Short intense rounds of action and less downtime eliminates bottlenecks in the flow of action. Short cooldowns coupled with a smaller global cooldown ensures that you will always have a spell of some kind to cast!





Tailored for E-Sport

Gameplay specifically tailored for competitive multiplayer. You will never face another player that have bought an advantage, nor will you have to deal with farming or grinding! The snowballing effect where another player gets increasingly powerful as the match goes on, seen in some games, is eliminated and maps are mirrored for a level playingfield.



Team Coloring

Everything is colored to the specific teams, including spells, HP bars, maps and more. Discerning who the enemy is and what he is doing have never been easier!



Efficient Controls

The controls are tailored to the specific flow of action in Bloodline Champions gameplay, combining mouse and keyboard to enhance interaction between the player and game environment! Although the default controls are very efficient, everything is re-mappable to suit your needs.





No Mana!

The mana pool has been done away with. Instead the game is focused on a time limited resource system with cooldowns rather than a finite resource system. No longer will allies drop dead next to you while you are out of mana!





Diverse Bloodlines

The Bloodline Champions class system features well known archetypes such as tanks, healers, ranged damage dealers and melee damage dealers. Every class is self-reliant to some extent and there's plenty of hybrids to suit every need, making the number of viable team setups virtually endless!

its not completely skill based otherwise it would be possible for 1 dude to take on 3 people....youtube says no!

It looks ok but yeah, A bit WoW-ey. And a bit too much like how WoW works in battlegrounds. Take out the healer first. Otherwise game over. zzzzz. Not really tactics if thats the only thing you should be doing.

I still wanna play it though, unless this is 3v3 max online

Hey, Team coloring is a simple feature but its a feature none the less. Some other games do not have this. Which is retarded! considering how much game designers do nowadays to try and boost up the game.

I got into beta and i dont really like it that much. It just gets boring after a while imo.

Seeing that no one has talked about this game yet I might as well start the discussion.

BLC is an arena team based pvp game completely reliant on one's player skill determining the outcome of a fight. There's is zero randomness: an abilitity does exactly the damage that it says on a tooltip and nothing is left to chance.

Here's the description from the website:

"Bloodline Champions is a PVP game with short, intense matches for up to ten players divided into two teams. Every player plays one of several different bloodlines with 7 unique abilities each.
Different bloodlines in a set up complement eachother, different maps and gamemodes need different tactics, so good teamwork is a must for success.
Chance is not a factor, spells and abilities do a set amount of damage. Random elements such as critical hits and passive abilities do not exist.
Spells travel to where the player aims and can be avoided by enemy players, making every ability dependant on individual player skill.

I'm in the beta and tried to manually patch it myself like the forums say but I cant seem to make it work so I'll just wait until they fix the launcher/patcher.

I didn't really like this, even tho I'm playing HoN. The maps feel too small (not that HoN maps are really huge either) and matches are way too short, I also prefer getting items and actually leveling up.

This game is fucking brilliant and I pity you all for not giving it more interest already.

There are no items. No stats. No critical hits. No dodges. No artificial levels.

Only aim, teamplay, and skill. Of course some douche like Taisenki will claim it's not skill-based due to some weird, obnoxious fact, as the developers selling themselves out to Funcom or making some crude example of an in-house conversation amongst the developers, plotting the ruin of the soul of the game industry and whatnot.

The game is neatly balanced. A pro player using a healer champion can wear down a DPS with life-leech if he plays properly. I'm not saying I can, but there is an e-sport scene already establishing itself, which is more than what you can say for most allegedly "competitive" games being released nowadays.

There is ladders already, and charter-signed teams duking it out on high level of playfield that I guess isn't easy to grasp if you haven't played the game yourself.

Seriously, there's a reason the game is simple in terms of features. No artificial barriers are employed to bar your way to becoming good at the game. It's only you, and your level of skill.

I have two spare friend keys. This game needs more players, so I'm going to run a little contest. Post a 100 word minimum essay on why its important to defeat noobs utterly and preferably make them weep. Your writing may be posted here or elsewhere if it is satisfactory.

The first two essays that I enjoy will be the winners, and the writers will receive the beta friend requests after I confirm amusement and receive an email address to send the Beta Key to in a PM.

I look forward to your entries.

Defeating noobs is a pass time many gamers enjoy, Hearing the cries of "WTF LAG" and "WTF YOU HACKING NOOB I HAVE NUMBER IN MY NAME IM COOLER" makes me chuckle to myself. Defeating or "pwning" noobs is an artform in itself. The more humiliating the kill or pwnage is the better. Noobs are an important part of any game, Without them we would not have the elitists to laugh at, No one to make ourselves feel better, Lets face it, It makes you feel better if your playing bad but you still manage to come top of the leaderboard somehow, It almost makes you feel godlike. To make a noob weep is a special and important part of any gamers day, you don't often hear it but deep down you know that they are crying to themselves after you punch them to death naked. There are moments when this cockiness can backfire, Many a time have i gone to 360 on CoD, Failed and then get shot by said noob, Often when they are standing still, and then who looks like the noob, The guy who got the game winning kill or the failed 360 noscoper who lost the fucking game due to lag on fucking wastelands to someone who was motherfucking standing still...god damn it...
