If so, how many members would you like to see in the guild eventually? 12. What is the average age of your members? 13. What excites your guild the most about Mortal Online? 14. Is your guild currently playing any other MMO's or games? 15. What types of communication does your guild provide to enhance interaction between members of your guild both in and out of the game? (For roleplayers how does this effect RP and how do you deal with that?) 16. Tell us a little about your gaming experience and your role as a guild leader? 17. What are your secrets to keeping everyone in the guild motivated and working as a team? 18. Does your guild have a website? 19. What do you think separates your guild and makes it standout from all the other Mortal Online guilds? 20. Finally, if you were banished to live in a cave for the rest of your life, what three things would you bring with you? <We will aim for a music break here. At this point we can chat about the upcoming segment during the music break or use the time for a bio.> The sit-down segment. In this segment we will be done with the main questions. During the previous two segments I will type out any questions that I would like to ask in this last segment on Skype. Also before the show I will type out any prepared question that I though of that are focused on your guild. Things I will like to ask, that you should prepare for. 1) More into guild history 2) Politics 3) Economics for carebear focused guilds, and hunting for PK focused guilds. __________________________________________________ ______________ Also I will be paying attention to #mo-radio on IRC if you would like to join us there and try to get a question or two in to the guest. As people have already said, great idea, lets see who steals the first spotlight!

Sounds like a great idea, I am looking forward to both publicizing for Exilium and hearing what everyone else is offering.

It's great to see the GSotW is getting such a warm welcome from the community.
I'm finalizing the questions today so guild leaders keep an eye on your inboxes. |

I look forward to reading these in the weeks ahead. It should benefit new members who are looking for a new home (guild) but want to make the right choice for themselves, not play the merry dance with different partners till they find one.

well since he already stated that order makes no difference I am guessing order makes no difference and "stealing the spotlight first" won't matter. =P
Plus there are a lot of top guilds that have not yet posted or shown enough interest, even though you can bet they will be playing. But sounds cool, and the best of luck. =) |

Great idea Drakus, looking forward to reading the responses from various guilds.
I think this truly gives new members more insight into which guild they might be thinking of joining. The style of response really says it all, from the kind of leadership to the surroundings which they'll find within.

Nice idea.
And stop forcing your ideas on other people damnit! Guess you have to "interview" Drakus then, since he is the guild thread creator. The only worry I have is... Shinzon writing for us!

Ok ok seriously TR will probably make most guilds quit, that being said I just want to warn you all in advance, you are going to be pissed, and will probably break stuff around you. Now why willl this happend you ask????
Here is the scoop, I like to pk and gank, the 70+ that come with Hawthorne also love to do this. What does this mean to your average gamer, and guild, total annihilation. How does this effect typical players gaming experience? Completely ruins it unless you succumb to my will. Odds of combating this, and not making it a reality? 0 People im most likely to target first? Anyone who responds with someting other then begging when I tell them to ask I gank them. Now what can we do to coupe with this near future? The easiest thing to do is accept it as fact, and start making your gifts for Hotix, and weekly payments. I accept Paypal, checks, your girlfriends, "if they are attractive". Deeds to houses, cars, jewelry and anything else that sounds promising you can run by me. Thanks for playing my next mmo.

The Frostreaver Clan will be the last GSotW I'll be running, but the good news is that Bevo will be taking over from my duties. I will be supplying him with the hotmail account so he can access the outstanding interviews. I have also added the template of the questionnaire in the original post, so those guilds who would like to participate can send their questionnaires to Bevo via the email address listed in the op.
