my items turns into questionmarks?

hey.
i was on my way to the jungle, as i slip out over a mountian, and dies.
when i get to a priest, and get revived, all my gear is gone, and my inventory has alot of question mark items, that i cant equip, and can do nothing with, can someone tell me if its normal, or its a bug?

i lost all of my equipped gear to this once. i think i got a screenshot somewhere.

If you get this bug you need to KEEP the question-marks, we are working on a fix that will make it possible for GMs to return them to what they use to be. Hopefully it will make into the next patch.
Do NOT delete them

well it is a bug, you should loose all your items when you die (or your items are where you died).

the problem with that seb is that they cannot be transfered from our inventory to, say, our bank and, instead, take up space in our inventories.

this may not be a problem with the odd item but i have on several occasions had an entire armor set bug out.

that said, you have stated repeatedly that a better way of dealing with the issue is intended for next patch (and we cant ask for quicker than that :P) and im not so pixel obsessed that i mind simply deleting them for now if i need space.. so its all good

But who dies get some ? and have to die again to lose it all.
What tha means? That if who died delete the ? who really has it will have the item destroyed too?

When a friend gives the loot back, the items then permanentely turns in ?

... is that way to avoid it?

Sad but true. A friend loose 2 set of armors in one day. How he could take the questionmarks in inventory? It's very problematic.

I say go through the logs and give everyone back what they've lost.

However before this happens, give people multiple storage pages in the bank!
