Recent patch notes:
- Overall stamina-regeneration has been decreased. Why? Think before you start gimping things in a blind attempt to balance the game... This will affect archers HARDCORE. Bows that have a long draw rely on stamina regeneration to fight against the bow drain. Maces + Axes (that do damage similar to lighter swords) are much heavier and require more stamina to swing. You may have just made several classes of weapons completely unusable. I pray that this change is minuscule. The reason I started playing MO was because I was promised variety. But variety doesn't cut it when the only thing you get for wielding a heavy weapon is style points and a swift demise. |

/signed, leave stamina regen alone, if anything it needs a buff, want to make the combat less spammy? slow it down another way or make it cost more stamina per swing but INCREASE the regen so the combat stays dynamic and on the move instead of waiting for your stamina to get back.
this especially hurts you in fighting mulitple people at once in group vs group fights, we are ussually outnumbered so what we do is we focus fire down 1 guy then retreat/regroup heal up and rinse repeat to thin out their numbers. now if you nerf regen you wont have enough stamina to even take out 1 guy. and if you do manage to do this you wont have any stamina left to defend yourself, the stamina regen will be too slow and them hitting you makes you lose even more stamina so you're pretty much fucked, this is what happened at the end of beta, till you guys finnally decided to give us a break and buff the stamina regen, the combat (altho not perfect) got ALOT better again cause of the stamina regen buff. 2handed swords and axes were actually viable again(pokers were still better but not as much as with the low regen). and now for some reason you decide to nerf stam regen again. so everyone will once again go back to lightweight pokers and spears cause its the only weapon you can actually kill someone with if you have low stamina regen

Stop nerfing stamina and buff it. Combat has already been badly affected by the slow stamina regen and it's pretty boring when the enemy and I both have to stand still and stare at one another until our stamina regens enough and we can attack again.

devs dunno wtf they are doing.
they need to increase the stam drain on light weapons and heavily increase the overall stam regen. how many times have we been saying it was better pre crafting patch? the stamina regen back then was perfect but you keep fucking it up. do I have to buy a ticket back down to malmö and beat the fucking sense back into your heads? I don't get how the hell you guys think sometimes. goddamn retards |

tried it, agree with the stam regen nerf on the spamclicking weapons but the other stam nerf was not needed and actually could use a buff even before this patch. make stamina drain on swings higher and stamina higher instead of lowering both. it will have a better effect

I hope you'll eventually stop gimping things and give boosts instead... I know I for one don't enjoy when game mechanics are being changed to stack odds against me. MAKE WEAKER CLASSES STRONGER instead of making stronger characters weaker and pissing off the player base (IMHO). Rolling a new character because your last one got pwned by patches leaves a sour taste in the mouth. However rolling a new mage or something cuz they got some patch-lovin is very rewarding.
