Having read a couple they are informative, I suppose one suggestion I'd like is to see them in-character. Doesn't have to be over the top but it'd be nice to feel it from within the context of the game world. Much like the introductory 'scribe' page.

Having it read out like that helps the reader to really associate with the world itself.

Very nice, I like it. As some have already said it is a good parallel to what was done in EVE and, for most of us, worked very well.

Heh, thanks. But it really is Maerlyn that is doing all the work. And I'm not just being modest. All I and a few others are doing is help provide some content for him to put up. He has put quite a few full days, and an all-nighter or two into organizing us all and putting it together, so I hope it works out well.

So far, the stuff that's been in there has been absolutely great - very interesting and entertaining to read!

That type of knowledge just makes the gameworld feel that much more alive.

There is no progression, it is statement after statement read out in a very poor form, These scribes need schooling. This looks very unprofessional.

It need's to be split into it's retrospective area's and given proper heading's and titles. The sentances should have progression and casually carry onto the next subject.

The chronicles are purely community driven - without "chroniclers" we can't publish anything.

I'm still around and updating my political threads when people send me update request, but your right I'm not as involved in everything like I used to be. The chronicles are meant as a tool that the players can use to report what is going on. Another fun toy in the sandbox that is MO. =)

Great read, the first part of the great northern war seems accurate, who did it ? Is it you Maerlyn ? I didn't know you was following Nave's political scene so closely

The infos about alliances seems outdated though, I mean, TA is not at peace, it seems like the whole south is against us and they got one of our keep. But yeah, along with Chaos and TOP, we won the great northern war (that's the war against 13th prophecy and Prom).

TOP merged with Chaos I think and Chaos is now neutral.

I don't know for the rest.

yea the TA info is about the only thing that is completely wrong. they are at hard war with the Ascension alliance, WSX and ELY. lots of real estate has been removed on both sides. AI lost a Keep and Ascension and they allies lost some houses. TA has also lost some of the guilds in there alliance drawing out and paying war reparation to Ascension and others involved. the battle is far from over.

as far as Chaos they are neutral in this war and have much to gain by the War ending. Ascension and Chaos are in consent political negotiation over how to conduct business after the war is over.

Very nice to see an update on this, Maerlyn. Keep recruiting/or trying to recruit reporters. As the news are far behind the actual event going on. But they are chronicles, so I guess its more history than news as such.

Yea alot of inacuracies, i mean Assension arent really at war with TOP over gk anymore. TOP are no more they disolved and surviving guilds joined chaos alliance. But gk is pretty much Assensions, Little fighting over it anymore.
TA are also now involved in a war loosing with ELY, Wessex and Ass

Im glad to see a new MO chronicles but really it needed to be written by someone who knows whats going on with the northen war.

It's DC that lost a keep after intense combats, it's AI that left TA...
