whats the spiritism required to cast resurection? whats the spiritirm required to read Anhk manifestation? and is the spell that make ghost appear use Spiritism or Anhk manifestation?

I don't know the minimum. I would expect 50ish to cast TA for seeing ghosts and somewhere near 80-100 to cast resurrection. You have to do the combo, cast Transcendental Awareness first so you can target the ghost, then cast resurrection to bring them back.

I haven't watched the numbers, but i think even with the biggest mana pool you would have a hard time finding the mana to cast resurrection without mental focus.

Casting TA, Res, and 2 greater heals consumes all my 163 mana with 100 in mental focus and 100 Spiritism.

I'll try and give some more information after I watch the numbers better. But i am not going to de-level my skill to find minimum requirements.

You sure? Isn't it possible to target their Akh (if manifested) yet?

no, if a spirit manifests, you cannot just straight target them, you still have to cast awareness.

and awareness costs 35 mana at 100 mental focus.

although, after casting awareness even if i can't see their shape, if i mouse over with my cursor i can still see their tag.

I don't understand why you have to cast awareness before you can see them! I would have preferred it if spiritism allowed you to see ghosts naturally regardless of whether or not they manifested themselves. But I guess there are other things incoming for spiritism that I am not aware of?

I found that the standard guy's Akh didn't last long and I had not even finished preparation for rez before they disappeared so I ended up casting awareness and then rezzing them.

I couldn't tell if casting rez ended awareness but either way awareness didn't seem to last long at all, it would be better if it lasted longer for the amount of regeants involved.

It would be nice if players with spiritism could have some insight into the spiritism school of magic with regards to it's overall purpose in the game and the type of spells we can expect from it. Does this information reside anywhere?

Also can someone confirm if we do need to cast awareness before we can rez and is this intended I need to test this once I'm home.

I can see spirits sometimes.... is that normal? (without any spells)

Yes, all players can manifest their Akh ("spirit") for a short time by entering combat mode, and this is visible to all players. When learning Spiritism and Akh Manifestation the time you can manifest is greatly increased.

thanks for the info Mats. Any chance you could let us know what the main purpose of the spiritsm school is as in healing or damage? Or will it involve other ether related spells?

Successful rez at 83 skill. Dont think i had dead people vision going. He poped up, i was able to get a target, then casted the rez. Doest have a very long cast time.

I've tested the Rez with a fellow guildy, I pre cast the Rez spell then asked the guildy to manifest but I couldn't Rez him until I cast awareness.

I have 100 spiritism.
