People getting banned for nothing

I don't really know what is happening, but I was banned for no reason at the PROM keep with many other people. Please tell us what is happening, I'm not paying to be banned, it's ridiculous because I'm already playing a game that turned into a magefest and I'm still playing it to support you guys.

Hmm, last time I heard, players were never banned from the game.. nah JK aside.
But really, there is allways a good reason behind each ban/temp ban.
There are a few bugs that lets players exploit the game in a few areas which will result in a temp ban if you are being catched, sometime the ban comes a bit later, the GMs have lots on their tables atm. As long as people doesnt exploit or cheat you will not get your account banned. So if you suddenly have a banned account, you should think twice before screendragging or exploiting the game mechanics to get into things you shouldnt be able to.( im not saying that you did x or x, just informing what bans are valid for) We are working as hard as we can to solve those bugs to prevent this from happening. If you think something went wrong then please submit a ticket and the support team will look into details. Thank you for your understanding.
