Edit: I can now get IN to the game, but within 30 seconds to a minute I crash with the same error as above.

When I've installed current PhysX drivers I had similar issue. What helped was installing old ones from this thread:
http://www.mortalonline.com/forums/1...ta-client.html. Drivers linked there are not the latest but working at least in my case.
