Capital letters bugged char ?

Maybe char with capital letters could have some bugs ?
i.e. my beta char PHOBOS is not showed in the "Search the Chronicles" and "Manage your characters" sections and can't send / receive any mail in game.
Anyone have this problem ?

I haven't had a problem with ACHILLES, however I haven't used the mailing system in game once.

With /whoami command:

PHOBOS [ALBA] AlbaPhoenix this is weird

use this command

/fixsurname NAME

change NAME with your choosen surname, in example if you want your surname to be DAVIDEMO you're gonna use /fixsurname DAVIDEMO

then check the database, maybe it will fix it, even if it's weird that there are 2 PHOBOS since double names shouldn't be possible...

It very much is possible. I was able to create two characters with the same name. I tried to delete one of them and the game deleted the wrong character.

I try your suggestion but doesn't work, in the chronicles I've always only Phobos OFB that is not me.
