Gotta say, i've been converted on the whole bracer build on int hero. But def not a believer in double vangaurd. Rather go one Vangaurd or one vangaurd + one stout shield. Dev's controlled map again hardcore. Specially with Tinker. Best. Hero. Ever. Meh, thats about it.
