Is this posible ? What race/stats/build recomended me ?
PD: Sorry for my bad english.....
yes it is possible because i am one.(for now that is it is not the same when the next patch comes)
so dont bother until the patch.
but until then train
the thing under anatomy
mounted archery(if you want)
you do need 112 str it is the half-orc race.
max size at start
no psy no int
and rest to con.
w8 for next patch to get taming because the way they work will change.
+ fisherman to that
I wouldnt go max height as you will have to compromise on const or str or dex ..if you arnt too worried about pvp then a halfbreed khurite at around 92 height 30 yrs old will give you 112 str 115 const and 102 dex perfect for the type of char you are talking about .
Ok thanks very thanks
you'll have a lot of fun with such a character but as Dsn said it may change with Awakening expansion, Taming will have more skills and maybe you'll need them to be a very effective tamer, only time will tell
Sorry... around 92 height is 1,86 (92 points in height) or 1,92 m ?
I think he meant 92 points in height.
But don't worry too much about the stats for such a character. As long as you are not interested in competitive combat with all the professional warriors, the exact stats are not too important. And min-maxing might force you to remake your character when game mechanics are changed in future, so no need to go for the "flavour of the month fighter build" for an explorer character.
The races do have different stat caps, also depending on age. But within those caps there is still a lot of room for adjustment.
What might be important for an explorer?
... is important for running speed, which is useful for travelling on foot or running from a wild animal
... at least about 100 Dexterity is what a hunter/explorer/tamer needs (the more the better, 120 being the maximum cap for a Veela character)
... is important for health and stamina, also carry weight and a little more speed.
... at least 100 Constitution is advisable
... is important for damage bonus, carry weight, and for being able to use certain weapons effectively.
... if you want to use bows, you should have at least 100 Strength, there are good hunting bows for that. The high damage bows require 115 or so strength, but are rather slow. But a skilled bowcrafter can also make a fast bow for 80 str characters.
Psyche and Intelligence
... are important for mages. Psyche gives bonus points on the taming skills, but those few points are not important to require a high skill cap here. Intelligence is also important for crafters who need to know many lores, but an explorer does not need a very high cap here.
Size or height influences the damage bonus and gives carry weight. But height points take away from the stat points pool, so you have less points to distribute.
I hope that helps you to make a decision for a character that you like and that suits your playstyle.
Thanks for help Enor
