I'm not really that old, you just think I am because my tattoos are older that you are. I played some beta but it was kinda buggy and after the horror that was Darkfall's buggy launch I didn't want to be part of something like that again. So I waited til it seemed like things were getting fixed, played the free trial for a few days, now I bought 2 accounts. None of my characters are even a week old yet. I got 3 crafters sitting in Toxai farming the calamine spawn to fund their books, a slaggy in Morin Khur, a cookie-cutter Thur/Khur training melee, and a Sheevra tamer/mage/alchemist/butcher/fisher/cook. Ok that last toon's kind of a mess but he's the most fun to play. When I run short on skill points I'll be dropping most of that and making him a tamer/butcher with maybe a bit of magery if I can squeeze it in. So I am looking for a guild for at least some of my characters. Not all...I like people but I don't like them all that much. I need a toon to get away from everyone on...probably my tamer will stay unguilded. For my others, particularly the melee I am looking for a guild to hang out with, spar a bit, get my skills up, and get into some pvp. I don't want to be in a griefer guild or rpk. If the war dec thing is working I'd just as well stay blue but it's not that big a deal if being red is the only way to get the occasional pvp fight. I'm not so much into rp and I don't really like being in vent all the time, I prefer listening to the radio. Of course when you are in a siege or pvp raid you need to be in vent but most of the time while I got my harvester running I am tabbed out doing other things and I don't really need to be in vent while I'm farming wisents do I. I met a nice guy who helped me out a bit and told me to look into Wessex. I did but their site had too much to read. And they seem to have a bit too much rp for my taste. So if you have any suggestions or offers post em here. Don't bother sending me private messages, I never check them. And in game I am always cycling toons to keep the books going. Hey! I agree with you that some of the information on the site can be a bit wordy, I beg you to reconsider! You'll find that while people in guild do RP, it is my no means the only thing we do and members are in no way required to participate in any events they choose not to. We are anti-pk and do not rpk so we meet many of the criteria you're looking for. You might find that underneath the RP nature of the guild website and forums, most people are just as laid back and down to earth as you sound to be. Its always worth a shot, and there is no obligation to stay if Wessex isn't what you're looking for. Just send me a PM, talk to me in game or on IRC and I can answer any questions or concerns you might have.
I know what you mean about wanting to play alone sometimes. I like to be able to go off alone and get lost in my thoughts sometimes. If you decide that you just want to be in a working guild then you should check out the guild in my sig. Its just a couple of people right now but if you are just looking to mostly play alone anyway then maybe it would be something for you. As far as Tspeak.... we have a server but it is in no way required that you be on it. And it is mostly just laid back chatting if anyone is in there at all.

Hello good sir I am co founder of a blue anti rpk guild... We are small and want to stay that way... We are about 8 to 10 players deep and all have second accounts. We are mostly USA based and older for the most part 24 being youngest... We are blue and have more Pvp than we can handle.. we focus small scale group pvp and can handle are selfs..
