If you want to go against the usual RPK and still get tons of pvp, then ARC could be for you. We currently have 9-12 actives and live out of Bakti defending it from the huge amounts of RPK's who come pretty much looking for a fight with us. Have all the crafters you need, go out looking for pvp often and have a mix of people from different time zones. Send a tell to Yakazi, Kaster or Arumon.
