Mycke is not one to complain about risks. I think you're missing his point.

Yea, it seems to me Mycke is simply stating that crafters and more carebearish type players may have come to Vadda or moved mats into Vadda after the ES announcement that the town would be blue. It would be polite to give those people a chance to move the items out. ES does not have to, but it would certainly be a sign of goodwill after their previous statement.

In any case, if the town were to go blue again, I feel many new players would rethink moving back there. Not hating on ES in any way mind you. Their town and technically they can do as they like.

what you are talking about are unnecessary risks and those need to be avoided.

That's a different story if it's based on ES's word. I'm coming from Nave actually being changed and we the players finally having the landscape changing for us. We have Vadda a red town now, something that's finally different and exciting, and then there are players that whine and cry about it.

I'm prety sure it was based of their word going from the OP

I moved my mats out while it was Red, it wasn't an issue just gotta time it right.

I hear ya, I think it is wonderful that we have the freedom to make the world ours and ES doesn't owe anyone a safe city. It was on their word that the town would be blue though. So i could see some being upset. Personally, I just moved my goods to another town and moved on. But we had some good fights before that GZ went off as well mate! lol

This is creative but doesn't scan as well as it could. Rework it?

    Just to point this out
But I think I already said nearly a Month ago that Vadda is in the Hands of an RPK Alliance
or did you honestly believe them to turn it Blue again

sorry Gilder, you are not a very good propagandist...

i think the issue is your paragraph problem and mild dislexia :D

Before the town red, we announced in the forum and gave over 12 hours.

I'm not saying you did anything sneaky. Was only trying to explain Mycke's point.

I think perhaps there can be some middle ground here.

Firstly, I do not blame ES for turning the city red. It is a sound and practical strategy that is obviously having some effect.

However, I know that ES are also honourable and decent players. After being both with them and against them in the past they are always people you can discuss things with.

So onto the middle ground. Why do you not select a time period, perhaps 1-2 days and turn the city blue for those days allowing anyone who wishes to move things from the city to do so in relative safety?

Though in some ways I have asked this for myself, its not really completely in that sense...

I play in a timezone where I can get out of there with few people on, but there are many in the EU time zones who do not have that luxury and some of those people are forced to look at available options.

I bring this up really as more of a diplomat...

I do believe it is to ESs benefit to do this because it will both show general goodwill, but also because it will make some of those who have no issue with them not have to consider options hostile to ES.

I see it as a win/win, but in the end it is up to ES and if they do or not...

Your right I am not good at Propaganda mate
Stating the Truth just aint fitting that ......

If you seriosly believe that ES is not an RPK Clan or that ROME is not an RPK Alliance than your either Blind or your that guy who this morning found a Thief in his Living Room telling him that all his Electronic Devices are contaminated and thus need a checkup at the thiefs Office which resulted in you helping him to carry out the stuff into the Thiefs Car ....

Maybe a guild like koto can offer protection to anyone who wants to move stuff from vadda to meduli? I am pretty sure koto/wsx could set something up where they could protect a caravan of crafters or whoever wants to leave vadda. I think it would have a cool aspect to it, hell they have enough numbers they could announce it as an event, it be fun to make raids on the huge caravan.

Only issue is that the mats prolly is valuable for the players who wont dare moving it while the city is red. If they can announce they have loads of mats in a caravan and prolly getting attacked by 95% of the server (all the reds) then they can prolly also move it out of town while its red. Just sayin

and if our enemies take advantage of the occasion to rescue their own resources ? :s
I propose that people talk to us specifically selected to rescue their resources :)
